Farm Manager Terms of Use

These terms cover use of the Little Roots Farm Manager desktop application by operators authorised by Little Roots Farm. The application supports the farm’s planting, harvest, delivery, inventory and invoicing administration.
Authorised use
Use the application only for farm activities you are authorised to carry out. Only connect a Google account you own or have permission to use. Keep access to the farm computer, business records and account credentials secure.
Review records and outgoing messages
Check the accuracy of entered and imported records, calculations, invoice amounts and recipients before relying on them or sharing them. Creating a Gmail draft uploads the selected message and invoice PDF to the connected Gmail account. It does not send the email. Review the completed draft in Gmail before sending it.
Google connection
Gmail is an optional integration. Its availability depends on Google, the internet connection and the account’s current permissions. Google may require reconnection. You can disconnect the saved account in Farm Manager and revoke the application’s permission in your Google Account. Existing drafts and messages remain in Gmail unless you remove them there.
Records, backups and privacy
Maintain suitable backups of the farm’s local data and take care when editing or deleting records. The Farm Manager Privacy Policy explains the data used by the application and its Gmail integration.

These terms relate to the farm application. They do not change the terms for purchasing produce from Little Roots Farm or the terms of Google’s own services. Updates to these application terms will appear on this page with a revised date.
